Methods: This a cross-sectional population-based study, which includes radiographic examination Hip. A total 240 hips are studied scout view routinely done patients undergoing CT KUB. morphology acetabulum assessed by measuring center edge angle (CEA), angle, depth width ratio. Results: shows that mean 36.07° (SD±5.74°), 36.01° (SD ±3.37°) for Rt and Lt respectively. Mean 37.5° (SD±3.7°) 36.9° (SD±3.9°) hip, ratio 0.3 (SD±0.03) .29 (SD±.03) both CEA dysplastic 1.7%, depth/width 19.2% 0.8% hips. statistical significant relationship between male gender abnormal angle. Also, there left side center-edge dysplasia. Conclusions: hip population found be higher when compared South Asian Indian lower than Sami other population.

Unexpected long femur in adults with acetabular dysplasia.
Femoral length symmetry is assumed when assessing a patient with a dysplastic acetabulum. An unexpected long femur has been observed in some adults with acetabular dysplasia. We undertook a retrospective observation study of 18 adults with unilateral and 11 adults with bilateral acetabular dysplasia. Femoral lengths were assessed using CT measurements. The ipsilateral femur was found to be 5-10...
متن کاملAcetabular dysplasia after treatment for developmental dysplasia of the hip.
Untreated acetabular dysplasia following treatment for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) leads to early degenerative joint disease. Clinicians must accurately and reliably recognise dysplasia in order to intervene appropriately with secondary acetabular or femoral procedures. This study sought early predictors of residual dysplasia in order to establish empirically-based indications for ...
متن کاملGanz Periacetabular Osteotomy in Acetabular Dysplasia
Introduction: Acetabular dysplasia is common in our country. The experience with periacetabular “Ganz” osteotomy is relatively low. We would like to report our short‐term experience in a small group of patients who received such a surgery. Materials and Methods: In a descriptive study, 15 patients with dysplastic acetabula who had undergone “Ganz” pelvic osteotomy were evaluated for their clini...
متن کاملThe acetabular notch in hip dysplasia.
In the first few months of life, a notch may be seen on radiographs of the superolateral margin of the infant hip. It may be associated with a steeply inclined acetabular roof and may be an indicator of persistent neonatal instability or displacement of the femoral head.
متن کاملComputer-Assisted Rotational Acetabular Osteotomy for Patients with Acetabular Dysplasia
Rotational acetabular osteotomy (RAO) is a well-established surgical procedure for patients with acetabular dysplasia, and excellent long-term results have been reported. However, RAO is technically demanding and precise execution of this procedure requires experience with this surgery. The usefulness of computer navigation in RAO includes its ability to perform three-dimensional (3D) preoperat...
